The S3E System™ is made in the USA, including most of the key components. Currently less than 5% defect rate has been experienced in our manufacturing. The product comes with a 2 year warrantly and an expected 18 to 24 month ROI. Extended warranty packages are available.

Due to our modular components, if one is broken or damaged, only that one is replaced - not the entire system.

Ease of Installation

The S3E System™ is one of the simplest products to install. Our patented and FCC approved radio frequency based wireless platform requires no complicated or invasive wiring. The installation can take place between guest occupancies or during housekeeping times.

The S3E System™ is compatible with all industry electric voltages. There is no need to check or replace batteries within our components. The S3E System™ will work with all industry heating and air conditioning units.

Guest Satisfaction

Hotel guests using the S3E System™ easily become confident and satisfied realizing they have a true room security system. The S3E System™ infrared detector is the same type of security many guests have in their homes and businesses. The guests have true peace of mind knowing their belongings are secured 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in real time.

The S3E System™ utilizes a smart verification sytem. When a guest enters the room door key card verification allows the guest full and normal control of the heating and air conditioning systems. Nothing changes. When a guest exits the room, the card verification system sets the heat and air conditioning to an energy saving mode.

No other system has this advantage. All competitors use a door button wired to the infrared detector to control the heating and air conditioning system. This can be problematic. If the sensor detects the guest, the guest has full control of the climate. If the detector does not detect guests many systems go into energy saving heating and air conditioning cycles. Many systems of this type can shift into the energy saving cycle while the guest is asleep. With the S3E System™, this can never happen.
